Refund Policy

Effective date:13 October 2026

Junie's Full plan is sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle takes your payment and handles every refund. This page explains when you can get money back.

1. Who handles refunds

Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle.com Inc. if you are in the United States) sells you the Full plan and processes refunds, under its ownRefund Policy andBuyer Terms. This page explains how that applies toJunie.

2. Your 14-day right to withdraw

  • If you live in the EU or the UK, you can withdraw within 14 days of your first payment, without giving a reason.
  • Withdraw in Paddle's customer portal, which you can open from Manage subscription in the web app's Settings, or at paddle.net.
  • Paddle refunds your first payment in full within 14 days of your request, however much of the plan you have already used.
  • The right covers your first payment only, not later monthly renewals.

3. Cancelling and deleting your account

You can cancel at any time. The Full plan stays on until the end of the month you have paid for, and that month is not refunded. Deleting your account also cancels your subscription, immediately, so the Full plan ends at once. Deleting your account refunds nothing for the unused period, apart from a withdrawal within 14 days as described above.

4. When we refund the unused part

If we end your contract, close Junie, or change it in a way that makes it worse for you, the unused part of your current month is refunded.

5. If something does not work

Write to us first at [email protected]. We will try to fix it, and if we cannot, we will arrange a refund through Paddle.
